Payment on Delivery

To prioritize user convenience and security, Toranvexo operates exclusively through a Cash on Delivery (COD) protocol. This method aligns with the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), where the transfer of goods and the payment for those goods occur simultaneously.

Exact Amounts: Our delivery representatives will collect the exact amount listed on your order invoice at your doorstep.
Currency: All payments must be made in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
Security: Since we do not require credit card or bank details at the time of purchase, your banking information remains private. Our delivery personnel are trained to handle these transactions professionally. We ask that you have the exact amount ready upon arrival to ensure a smooth and efficient exchange at your doorstep.

Dispatch Definition

Dispatch Phase: Once the item is handed over to our logistics partner, it is officially "dispatched." After this point, the product is in transit and the order can no longer be cancelled.
Transit Time: The delivery typically takes a maximum of 2 days in transit.
Total Timeline: You can expect your footwear within 2 to 3 business days. By defining the dispatch point clearly, we ensure our logistics remain organized and that our delivery promises are met. We encourage you to be certain of your purchase before the dispatch occurs, as the delivery must be completed once the item is with our logistics team.
